Liberty Mutual's motion for summary judgment was defeated in a wrongful termination case. Our client was wrongfully terminated due to FMLA discrimination and disability discrimination. The lawsuit was filed in federal court. Liberty Mutual tried to get the case thrown out on summary judgment before it reached a jury. We successfully defeated Libert's Mutual's efforts to get the case dismissed on summary judgment. The case will now proceed to a jury trial.
