Attorney James Sabatini has filed a disability discrimination and retaliation lawsuit on behalf of his client in Connecticut Superior Court. His client was fired from her job due to her disability and in retaliation for complaining about discrimination. Under Connecticut and federal law, it is also illegal for an employer to retaliate against an employee for complaining about discrimination in the workplace. The lawsuit seeks damages including back pay, emotional distress, punitive damages, attorneys' fees and court costs, and job reinstatement.
