Attorney James Sabatini Obtains $200,000.00 FMLA Settlement

In a case involving violations of the FMLA, Attorney James Sabatini recently obtained a $200,000.00 settlement on behalf of his client.  The case was pending in Court for approximately seven (7) months before settling.  The initial settlement offer made by the defendant was zero dollars.
