Zachary T. Gain
Zachary earned his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2019. Zach represents employees in all types of employment litigation and administrative proceedings, including claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour disputes. He has litigation experience in both state court and before government agencies including the CHRO and the Workers’ Compensation Commission. He has litigated numerous cases, including all phases of discovery and motion practice. Mr. Gain also has extensive experience in appellate matters including oral argument before the Appellate Court of Connecticut.
